These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Specialty Ready platform. By purchasing or using Specialty Ready, you agree to the terms below.
Specialty Ready is an online interview preparation platform for doctors applying to UK medical training posts. It provides written questions, audio guidance, and AI-supported tools to help users practise interview answers.
Specialty Ready is an educational resource. It does not guarantee interview outcomes or appointment to any post.
When you purchase Specialty Ready, you receive access for the relevant interview cycle stated at the time of purchase.
Access is for individual use only. Sharing accounts or content is not permitted.
We aim to be fair and transparent.
If you purchase Specialty Ready and do not meaningfully use the platform, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
“Meaningful use” includes submitting answers, engaging with AI tools, or accessing a substantial portion of the content.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once the platform has been actively used, refunds are generally not available.

Specialty Ready includes AI-supported tools to help users practise and refine interview answers.
To ensure fair access for all users:
Usage must remain reasonable and consistent with personal interview preparation
Automated, excessive, or abusive use of AI features is not permitted
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access if usage is clearly excessive or abusive
To improve Specialty Ready and its AI tools:
Answers submitted may be anonymised and analysed
No personally identifiable information is used for this purpose
Anonymised data may be used to improve question quality, feedback, and system performance
We do not sell identifiable user data to third parties.
Specialty Ready provides guidance and practice tools only.
Users remain responsible for:
Their own interview preparation
The accuracy of statements made during real interviews
Complying with professional and regulatory standards
We may update:

Platform features
This allows us to keep content relevant and aligned with current interview formats.
Specialty Ready is provided on an “as is” basis.
We are not liable for:
Interview outcomes
Loss of earnings or opportunity
Decisions made based on use of the platform
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
